Great plugin! Been using for 1 and a half years now, and each update gets better. Whenever I have a small issue, they always seem to patch it in the next update – showing that they are working hard and listening.

If this plugin does not work for you, it’s most likely your server environment or your server/plugin/site configuration, that are the issue, and not the plugin per se. Web development knowledge would certainly help you fix any problems that are forcing you to not be able to use this plugin.
