Best plugin and STUNNING support

I’ve struggled with a few different user/profile plugins, mostly encountering high add-on cost just to test basic functionality. Finally stumbled over UltimateMember which looked to provide everything I needed in the free version. After some difficulty with installation (caused by some plugin and surprisingly, theme, conflicts) I resorted to the expected frustration of the user forum.

Instead, I had an instant response from a team member who identified and rectified the conflicts. I now have a fully-functioning site that is all I need. Some add-ons are very worthwhile extras for commercial sites and very reasonably priced.

Happy to answer questions as to the roadblocks. I recommend if at all possible to do a clean install of UltimateMember before adding other plugins as the degree of low-level integration with WP core could be hampered by other plugins and themes.
