    This plugin Is what I was looking for .
    I use it when I changed thumbnail size using add_image_size() function
    If you add new type of thumbnail to your function.php file and you have more then 500 image like me .Th new thumbnail will not apply to all old post until you regenerate all old post thumbnail .
