Best Plugin for Membership subscriptions

Hi,

I would like to setup a payment capabilities where members will be charged for registering to use my site.

They must register and then be taken to a payment gateway.
Once payment is made, they then receive access to the site
I want to setup recurring payments that must be manually cancelled
I should be able to collect earning and receive payment to the account of my choice.

What is the best plugin for this?

PS: I am in South Africa. Currency – ZAR
