BEST PLUGIN & SUPPORT STAFF EVER!

I have never taken the time to review a plugin on WordPress but I feel that it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to let the WP Community know how GREAT of a plugin this really is all-around. This plugin has helped my lead traffic increase significantly and the platform was very easy to create an aesthetically pleasing optin in short time. However, that is not anywhere near as good as the support staff (One representative in particular – Pranaya Chaudhary); Pranaya was assigned to my support ticket when I inquired about how to imbed a ‘watermark’ effect picture behind my optin due to myself not having ANY coding experience whatsoever. I assumed I would have to hire a freelance web developer to do this for me at a premium cost, but to my surprise I was assigned to the kindest, most diligent, and absolute best customer service tech that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Pranaya didn’t just tell me how to TRY and do this on my own, he actually asked me exactly what I wanted and did it ALL for me to my exact specs – and did so in less than a 3-4 hour turnaround from when I originally emailed support. I am so thankful for Pranaya and Optinmonster for the value that both have brought to my company! I am really and truly going to be a customer for LIFE simply do to the level of care and support that Pranaya showed me and for how he went WAY above the ‘Call of Duty’ to make sure that I was a happy customer. Well done, Pranaya; Well done! You deserve all the praise for the wonderful and kind person you are! Thanks again for everything!
