Best Plugins or Apps for Membership and Submissions?

    For this website I am trying to figure out a more efficient way for people to submit their art to apply for Membership. The Group will soon be opening up for women artists that are interested to submit their 3 pieces of original art and a $5 submission fee.

    I am also trying to decide on what is the best service for building up a Members Only area. The Group currently has about 200-225 Members, so something that would work for a small group that has the potential to grow into a larger amount of people down the line would be best.

    Looked into MemberPress and it looks good, I’m just not sure if is the best option for the Group since people have to submit their art first. Does anyone have any recommendations on what plugins, apps, services to look into?

    Does anyone else have any suggestions for a better way for site visitors who are interested in Membership to submit their images and also pay a $5 submission fee?

    Right now it is set up so that people have to manually email their images within their own email account, and then separately send money to a PayPal account.

    I would like to find a solution so that people interested in applying to be accepted as a Member can send their images, and also pay the $5 fee in one sitting. Instead of having to go outside of the website to email and pay the fee to be able to apply for Membership.

    Having something like that set up through our website will also help us keep track of people that apply and collect their contact info for sending Newsletters.
