Does anyone else have any suggestions for a better way for site visitors who are interested in Membership to submit their images and also pay a $5 submission fee?

Right now it is set up so that people have to manually email their images within their own email account, and then separately send money to a PayPal account.

I would like to find a solution so that people interested in applying to be accepted as a Member can send their images, and also pay the $5 fee in one sitting. Instead of having to go outside of the website to email and pay the fee to be able to apply for Membership.

Having something like that set up through our website will also help us keep track of people that apply and collect their contact info for sending Newsletters.
