Best practice for making email available on blog?

I would like to make an email address available to readers of my blog but understand this will open me up to lots of spam.

I was wondering if there’s a good way (and convienent for my readers) to make my email available to them besides just a “mailto” tag which will be read by the spamming robots.

(Oh, and I’d rather not have my readers have to use an form to contact me.)
