Best replacement for Uppsite-Go Mobile

Had to delete Uppsite – Go Mobile as it was stopping me downloading another plugin.

I see it is no longer available; so my question is what do I need to replace it with. I gather it was about better use by mobiles but that is all I know.

Not sure if there are any plugins already loaded that will do the same job. Or do I need to load something else. Please keep any replies simple for my simple brain.
