Best Role Editor to enable Editors access to Menu

  • Hi,
    My client wants access to the navigation menu and widgets but I don’t want to grant them full admin rights and access to the theme settings, etc.
    What’s the best method/plugin out the to do this currently (free or premium)? I’ve tried a few options but none so far has worked to do exactly what I need…
    Any suggestions/advice welcome please.
