    I saw a post about a museum selling tickets and you suggested WooCommerce or Eventbrite in conjunction. I need to sell tickets to a Tour (times vary by season), a train ride (times vary) and also offer a combo (discount with both). And there is a set number of tickets per slot fo Tour and for Ride. Can you layout the best way to do this using your plugin and any additional info. I see your ticketing plugin did not support recurring events, so if I buy and use your recurring event, what would that look like with WooCommerce or Eventbrite?

    Also, I am unable to view month or day calendar, list view is only one showing, despite selecting month or day. I set up a sample of 3 events over 2 months.

    Shelby,

    Thank you for the response. However the site specifically states that tickets plus is not compatible with recurring events. Therefore, in order to use tickets plus, I would have to enter a daily schedule for every single day of the season, additionally create events for each timeslot per day. That’s about 10 separate timeslots that tickets are available per day, for the entire season which, for example, 180 days of the year, means creating 1800 separate events per year to sell tickets. With that in mind, is there another scenario that better fits what our needs are?

    Hey @ockographics,

    Sorry for the delay, I was out a bit last week. Thanks for elaborating a bit. I think we may be getting our wires crossed here on what you’re trying to do.

    With Events Calendar Pro, you can create recurring events (ie every Tuesday at 10 am), but you are correct that you’d have to set up separate tickets for each event. You could, however, use Event Aggregator in order to pull in Eventbrite events to your site’s calendar, if Eventbrite does what you need.

    All that said, we’re getting into Presales issues at this point, so I would suggest reposting this to our Presales forum. They will be able to give you better guidance, in a more timely fashion than we can offer on this forum, since your request can’t be handled by just The Events Calendar.

    Let me know if you have any further questions about our plugin! ??

    PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE posted this TWICE in the PRESALES forum. Not leaving me with warm fuzzies on your plugin if you have crossed wires on your forums.

    Will look into another option as you don’t seem to be offering anything useful. We don’t yet have Eventbrite set up as I wanted to know how to best use your plugin. I can’t seem to get to PRESALES for that assistance, and if we use eventbrite, other options exists for web integration.

    You did not do a great job selling me on your plugin, and regretibly I can’t seem to get to PRESALES.

    @ockographics,

    We have a 24-48 hour response time (during the week) for our Pre-sales threads. Could you possibly send me the link to your forum posts so I can dig into why they were unanswered? I’m a little concerned that there’s a larger issue with our system.

    I’d appreciate any help you can give me to figure out what’s going on here.

    Best,

    Shelby
