Best Sellers shortcode doesn’t match reality

On my main page I have the following shortcode:

[best_selling_products limit="4" orderby="desc" style="text-align: center"]

It says my top 4 sellers are Mallows: Black Raspberry, Mallows: Banana, GiveJoy Gift Cards, and Mallows: Apple.

BUT, my actual top 4 sellers are: Mallows: Vanilla, Mallows: Banana, Caramels, and Mallows: Black Raspberry, according to WooCommerce’s own reporting (and backed up by my own sales reports).

So why isn’t the shortcode reporting accurate information? Is there a way to fix this?
