Best SEO Theme ever

I am creating a new business website and I am searching for a cool, clear, (free) theme that are especially optimized to SEO aspects.

I now, content is the most important thing, but I also want to use a good theme with less additional code! It should also be “free” so that I can change everytime to another theme without changing everything!
