Best solution to give online support.

Hey guys,
First off, Id like everyone to know that this website has a brand new concept to other online retail stores. I want customers to visit my site as they would visit a shop on the streets. I would like to have uses come to my site and browse around or so,then i can talk to them and ask if they need help and let them know that can talk to me for any issues. So far ive tried “PHPLIVE!” which worked very well as i was notified when customers visit my site and i could invite them to live chats but my trial has expired and i would like to try other solutions or plugins before i pay $150 for it. Does anyone have any ideas?
