What is best stats plugin for wordpress?

I had tried BAstats – but it is buggy and refering adresses don’t work.

Also BDP refrerar tracker, but it only track referars and have ugly way of viewing it

I want it only for my information use not to display it to reader.

So what is best statistics plugin?

Read this article in the WordPress Codex:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Business_Blogging_and_shopping

    Use wp-slimstat:
    https://www.duechiacchiere.it/wp-slimstat/?cp=21)

    or wp-slimstat-ex:
    https://082net.com/2006/756/wp-slimstat-ex-plugin-en/)

Both are easy to install but WP slimstat ex is based on wp-slimstat but full of AJAX goodies.

Ok, those stats…I agree with mufasa, wp-slimstat is the way to go…

What I find interesting is that I just installed WP Stats on my blog, one that’s had Slimstat on it for a while. STats has only been on a couple days now, but while Stats says NO ONE has visited my site, SlimStat says that almost 100 people have.

    Weird? Which one is right?

On the referrer pages under SlimStat, though, it lists all these sites people have clicked from that I know mention me in one way or another.

Meanwhile, it doesn’t list one that’s listed on Stats… yet, like I said, Stats is telling me I’m getting no love.

I’ve always wondered if maybe SlimStat counts lots of robots and search engines and spiders, while Stats is better at spotting actual human visitors.

But how would you ever know???

BradyDale: Looks like your Stats plugin isn’t activated. I might be able to help if you activate it.

Huh? Not activated? Am I missing something… on my plugins page it says it’s activated. I’ve entered my API Key. It seemed happy with it.
What else do I need to do? Is there some other place to turn it on?
I’m going to look for WP Stats instructions online now, but I’m definitely interested in this.
I get a page for “Stats” on my Dashboard. It just doesn’t register any hits (though it registers incoming links, weirdly). At this point, I know I’ve had quite a few hits on both my blogs.
