Best theme to tweak???

    I’m a bit new to the WordPress scene. I know enough html and css to be dangerous. I’m comfortable tweaking php with step by step guidance.

    I’m building a new wordpress blog and I want to emulate Engadget’s blogroll layout.

    What’s the best theme to start with to tweak?

    Specifically, I’m want to create the layout like this…
