Best Themes to Use with Yada Wiki?

    What themes are your favorites for using with Yada Wiki? Especially looking for grid-based layouts and clean look.

    • I love the Hanne theme, but it seems to have trouble displaying some posts on the main page.

      • My current favorite is the Sanse theme, except that there is no way to change the header color without access to the @Sanse theme package file, which is apparently separate from the file in the embedded Editor.

      Any other suggestions? (my test site is https://www.taraerin.com, if you want to take a look)

    Hi adminmentor,

    Nice website. I like Sami’s themes. You should be able to change the header colors with CSS. If you go to Appearance \ Customize, on the bottom, there is Additional CSS. Paste in something like this:

    .hero {
    background-color: #AC3860;
    }
    .site-header {
    background-color: #AC3860;
    }

    Change the color hex code to what you want.

    Thank you. I actually found I like Alante theme (loaded with useful features meaning less plug-ins down the road…) but I will definitely try this CSS customization for the Sanse theme as well! In fact, someone else on the Sanse forum was asking this same question, so I will share your advice, with attribution of course!

    One other questions: does Yada Wiki have a paid version or, if not, how do you fund development? I would like to support your work.

    There is no paid version. I do development on this and a few other projects when there is some free time. Thank you for the thought, but in this case, you can keep your money.
