Best User/Customer Tracking

    I have a www.ads-software.com site that is hosted by my support company.The site is not a blog, it is used as a brand site to showcase our product range.
    I want to be able to track/ID every user that visits to create a profile so I can see their browsing history on the site, each time they visit.

    One of my other websites is hosted and supported by this company https://www.synergy8.com/features/

    So when I send an email outside of that CMS, Synergy 8, the first time they click from the email onto my other site, it tags them, and now i can see everytime they visit (even without prompting from an email).

    Any ideas of what plugins i can use? Prepared to pay for them…
