Best Video Gallery?

  • I am new with WordPress and amazed what can be done with it not being a programmer.
    I switched from Dreamwever to WordPress mainly for the reason that I want my video clips to be displayed at both Windows PC as well as IPad and Android Phone.
    Up to now I used *.flv Format.
    Now my question: what is your recommendation of an Video Gallery Plugin?
    It should be easily installed, work on all HW Platforms. Furthermore it should be configurable and as less 3rd party Logo as possible.
    I tried it with one solution and had a bunch of problems regarding compatibility. Despite of the fact that I got help by a ticket, I am still struggling with it.
    This is really what I want to avoid, because I am no specialist.
    Who has made good experience with Video Plugins and which one can you recommend?
