Best way to add a menu or investment page

For some reason, this page is not mobile responsive and formatting just doesn’t look nice. We have tried the block editor as well, but then it looks terrible on mobile. We also need to add ala cart items to this, but as a table seems like the best option, we’re pretty sure that is not going to translate well to mobile either. Is there a setting somewhere we are missing in the theme to make the pages actually be mobile responsive?

Alternatively, we considered using services or features, but it seems the only options for this are to either show it on the entire site or the front page only. We don’t want either option. We only want to use it for the investment page, as we are hoping that it will be mobile-friendly.

Is there custom CCS we need to use? Please help.
