Hi, I’ve not installed the plugin yet, but will there be an option to view the site as if from a different country? Or does the plugin have a ‘choose country view’ feature?

I’ve seen some browser plugins for Tor browser have country-mimic options, is that the best way to check the site is displaying geo-detected views correctly?

    Thanks

    Hi @keved,
Go to under WooCommerce > Country Restrictions > Settings > General Settings > option “Enable Debug Toolbar”.

We give you an option “Enable Debug Toolbar” to view the site as if from a different country. So, you can check and test on your store by that option.

    Thanks:)

Hi, I really need to have this toolbar on the frontend so the user can actually change its country location. Is there a way to do this?
Currently, I just want to show the restricted product but disable the shipping. Currently in ur plugin, the user cannot add the restricted product to the cart even if he wants to change its shipping address to the unrestricted country because the shipping dropdown tool is only available in checkout page. So, as an alterative, is there a way to let the user add the restricted product to the cart and then in the checkout page only show the allowed country for the shipment.
Or as another alternative, do u know if there is another way to let the user manually choose the shipping address on the menu before going to checkout page or before adding any product in the cart? This will be really useful.

Yes, this is possible with the Country Based Restrictions Pro, you can use a sidebar widget of products and also available as a widget for any page on your store or use in the page template.
    Thanks
