Best way to get Subscribers?

  • I have just launched a new website – I migrated it over from a joomla site that had been doing nothing for a while. On this site I want to try to encourage as many people as possible to sign up via email to get weekly updates of new posts.

    I want to make it as easy as possible for them to put in their email and register on the site etc – what is the best way to do this?

  • There are many ways to do this. One free way to allow users to register is to use feedburner.

    That said, just because you have a subscribe feature doesn’t mean that people will use it. Focus on forming relationships and get your promotion plan together. Building a brand will take time so don’t expect magic to occur overnight.
