    I need to be able to link to just the products that appear in both of two categories as shown in this venn diagram

    I realise that I could make a third category just for these products but that seems inelegant and I have similar scenarios with other products as well.

    I am not averse to using tags and product attributes if this would do the job well enough.

    It would also be useful to know if you can link isolate products based on specific combinations of categories and tags etc

    @itsaskew,

    You can allow your customers to filter products based on attributes you’ve set for those products by using this widget that comes built into WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/#section-5

    You’ll need to add attributes to the products to make it work, but that should see you sorted.

    Thanks, that’s useful to know but I was hoping that it would be possible to put a link in the navigation menu ‘architecture of cornwall’ (or similar) that goes straight just to the products that feature in these two categories

    The attribute filter do just alter the URL. So you could use the filter, then copy/paste the line.

    Tags are also a good fit for this. Use a tag, like architecture-of-cornwall. View the product with this tag, and click on the tag. You’ll be taken to a page of products with this tag.
