Best way to remove clones?

I like your plugin and have used it on a number of sites. What is the best/cleanest way to remove clones if the plan is to continue using the plugin? I know it has a cleanup feature if you are deleting the plugin, but there is an implication that clones can be removed separately and I have never seen a control for this. I have considered removing them via FTP but this fails to address the database. Please advise (or, better yet, add this as a feature to the plugin ??
