Best way to translate content?

    I’ve got a multilingual website and I need to get translations from English to French, Italian and German. Has anyone had experience translating content before that can 1) recommend translation services, 2) recommend a plugin to translate content for me (like gtrans – I’m evaluating that one) even though the grammar/syntax would be off it would be better to have the content for now. I’m using the WPML plugin to manage the content. Thanks,
