Best Web chat solution ever

I have used several other web chat solutions and honestly had never found one that does tasks the way i wanted not after the recent encounter with Jivochat that allows me to only recruit one Customer support specialist to handle our two websites (even when using the free version).

This is a great tool that if you are not yet using it then you are missing alot!
