Great plugin, slow support

The plugin has many features and caters to many different uses. Support is very slow. Had an issue with one of the plugins and no solution after 3 weeks. Tried to make contact but don’t know who to talk to. Don’t know if the ticket is taken seriously. If anyone is listening, please help. #413?Product listing not showing variations as single products.
