Best WordPress app + incredible customer service

After evaluating many apps I settled on Malcare. Its scanning tool was easy to setup and use. The malware on our site was more complicated and Malcare customer care and technical competence really came through. Not only did they identify the problem but completely removed the threat. The Malcare team kept us updated on the progress as they resolved issues the whole time. A special mention to Nigel whose rock star customer service and communication is a gold standard. Malcare is the best wordpress plugin for security, firewall and malware detection to date. Additionally they have the best customer service and technical teams. Great work from the Malcare team!
