Still curious if anyone can recommend Better WP Security, or Bulletproof WP Security, or Wordfence Security, or Acunetic Security, or…? Thanks for your help!

beware of Better WP Security, it killed my site even after I did every thing it toll me to do..

I’m not happy with it, but still its up too you..

Personally I recommend none of them. ??

A little education is the best security ever. Honestly not one of those plugins is a Magic Pill? for securing your site.

If you’re cautious about your security that’s good. But if you think adding a security plugin is a substitution for securing your installation then that’s just not correct and could lead you to a false sense of security.

What about WP Security? It seems to automate many of things I would have to do manually to harden a site, such as rename admin directory and adjust the pointers in the underlying code. It would be nice to have a bunch of that stuff done automatically. Does WP Security work well? Or does it cause more problems than it fixes?
