Beta 2: Blank White Preview Panel

    In my WordPress 6.2 Beta2 testing, I am getting white preview panel from Appearance -> Editor section (even after Edit button selected). But when I select individual templates (Templates -> ), all seem to work as expected. Everything seems to work with Beta 1 but I noticing this issue in Beta 2 only. Is it only me or am I missing something?

    My local test environment: MacOS Ventura 13.2.1; WordPress 6.2 Beta 2, Gutenberg 15.5.1 activated.

    I previously reported this issue in Help Test WordPress 6.2 comments (here). Adel Tahri replied that he was able to replicate the issue.
