    Hi Allen,

In autopost, the post title url points to the external url (which is what I want), but the image url points to internal whiddy url. Is there a setting that makes both of them point to the external url?
(In the widget, they both point to the external url).

The theme widgets only point to the internal url. Have to click on that, then click again to go to the external url. Is there a way to have autopost pass the external url to the theme widgets so I can skip that internal step?

I have the feed update set for 10 mins in Global Settings but am not getting updates that often. I realize many of the feeds won’t have updates each time, but there seems to be a long delay before I have published posts, the I get a bunch all at once.

    Have upgraded my hosting package!

    Pete

The autopost has a setting to have the title go to the external site…if you are referring to anything that is coming in as a blog post, then it’s up to wordpress where the title goes (typically going to an internal page).

As to the 10 min, yes, that’s just the way it works…if there is nothing new, then nothing comes in. If this was the shortcode, once it comes into the database, it’s ready to be presented via shortcode – if it’s autopost, the autopost has to fetch the feeds from the database.

For this website, I don’t post anything manually. Everything comes in via your plugin.

Yes, I have the title set for the external site in autopost and that works great.

Would it be possible to have an option for setting the image url also?

And for passing the external url to the theme widgets?

And while I am at it… would you consider adding another widget that does the same thing as current widget but the selection would be on wp category?

right now the image url points to whatever the permalink to the post points. If you are using the featured image, however, my plugin has no control of that.

I’m not adding another widget, fyi.

Also, the widget passes the external url, it doesn’t know the internal url.
