Better payment confirmation emails not coming through

Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to setup SMTP on your website and try to make another payment and check the email log and let me know if you are still facing the issue. If you are still facing the issue please share the screenshot of the email log with the log error so that I can check and assist you further.

Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the Better Payment plugin.

HI there…yes the issue still persisting. How do we set up a session for a developer to go in and debug it?

Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to make sure your website has enabled SSL. Once you confirm SSL please check the email issue with SMTP and let me know how it goes. Try to send a test email from the SMTP platform. Also, please check the Better Payment settings carefully for email from Dashboard => Better Payment => Settings => Email.
