Better representation of the content on my search result pages.

Hi,
I have a problem with the theme Compare WP. When someone visit my blog, searching for a tag, this is the search result: https://www.enklalan.se/tagg/sms-lan.
How can I get a better representation of the content on my search result pages? All customers are bouncing away from my site when they see this.
I would prefer having a representation such as following: https://www.aftonbladet.se/tagg/b29ef0fffcba5cf9006181d37d30832fb4b9752d
Do you have a guide/plugin or something similar to fix this?
