Better search plugin for WPMU

  • After trying several search plugins (including Relevanssi and others), I am at a loss to find a relevance based search that works on all the sites in a network as individual sites.

    I don’t need to search all sites from one, just that each works singly with a search better than the basic WP search engine.

    Can anyone help?
