Better sticky ads and close button

We would like some help to achieve better sticky ads and close button.
We would like the sticky ad on mobile to be wrapped exactly like this, with the same close button on the right: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/time-to-be-solutions-focused-tackling-covid-19-vaccine-hesitancy-among-black-americans and with the “advertisement” word above the ad.
