Better than average experience

  • We purchased the VPC and hired the company to customize it for us. We had everything well thought out and wireframed in advance, so the development went smoothly. Since then, we’ve needed support several times and they have been able to help us.

    They are located in Africa, so there is a time delay, but they communicate fairly well and are able to solve most problems in a reasonable timeframe. There have been a few hiccups in communication, but to be expected considering the logistics.

    The VPC itself is a bit limited, but it is able to support most of our needs if we are creative in coming up with workaround. It’s one of the only affordable products available in this space.

    Overall, I would recommend this team and the support they provide, if you have realistic expectations.
