• Very flexible events management pluggin, better than most of the paid ones out there. Highly recommended!

*** The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is this this VERY ANNOYING requirement to deactivate and re-activate the plugin after every update. Why can’t you run a routine as part of the upgrade process to take care of this, instead of requiring users to deactivate and reactivate the plugin?

    Thanks for the comments.
Concerning the deactivate/reactivate: sometimes the database needs changing, and then this is needed because I only change the DB layout when the plugin gets reactivated (idem with new options like those found in the EME settings). Im investigating on how to get this done more transparently for the wordpress admins.

FYI: I committed a change that resolves this behavior:

the events database now gets updated upon first site visit (admin or not), so no more deactivate/reactivate action needed
