I can fork the TOC widget I wrote if you like. I do not know how we can PM each other from here though.

Thank you. Our TOC needs to be much more complex to satisfy various themes and layouts. However if you like to provide us with feedback on our TOC and then share any additional ideas that you implemented and we should have that would be great.
