better wordpress minify works with WP Super Cache?

After installing WP Supper Cache my site is still little slow (ofcourse it has improved a lot). To improve speed it says install Minify (but when i click on it, it is missing)to combine CSS and JS files.
Is Better WordPress Minify works with WP Super Cache? I want to know if it works before installing.
