Better WP Security any conflict with Headway Themes?

Hi,

Before enabling all the security improvements, to modify and tighten the access of files etc, I would like to know if Better WP Security works well and does not conflict with Headway Themes?

Because Headway is pretty tightly integrated with WordPress and probably needs access to write and access certain files etc…

Any advice or previous experiences?
