BEWARE: 8 months and counting since they took my money & disappeared.

I hate to do this, since I believe the product has merit. But 8 MONTHS ago I tried to get these guys to help me tune up my W3TC settings using their support services. Since they require pre-payment through their plugin, I did just that. It has now been 8 MONTHS without any word or reply. They made contact very early on, to let me know that my tune-up would be scheduled. But since then they have refused to answer any of my emails or provide any explanation. Very frustrating and downright fraudulent.
At the very least I would have expected an explanation, and an attempt at a refund. But nothing.
If you’re planning on using this plugin, which I believe can work well, make sure you are comfortable setting it up yourself. As others have said, it is not very straightforward. But whatever you do, DO NOT PREPAY unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.
