beware no refunds on the pro version
-
Having downloaded this plugin and spent some time configuring it I ultimately abandoned it for another plugin.
The problem was not that it didn’t work, but that it was unnecessarily complicated for my needs, and the interface it presents to the (frontend) user is not in my experience easy to use interface.
Unlike modern accommodation websites that quickly provide the information a user needs on a single page, this plugin forces the user through a series of legacy system style screens before they get to the information they need and can make a booking. I am an interface design expert, and would expect to lose too many customers due to this screenflow.
Also my version was installed using the Divi theme, and was going to require countless hours of css work to make it look nice.
The main reason for this review though is being unable to get a refund. They will only provide a refund if “the plugin does not do what it says”. I presume that means they never provide a refund.
The plugin I went for in the end (unnamed to preserve the integrity of this review) has an elegant single page interaction flow, is not too complicated, and provides a no questions asked 14 day money back guarantee.
