Beware! No support provided for the Pro version

The theme is beautiful, but you’re out of luck if you need help. Their tech support is a forum with what looks like 1 person answering questions if they feel like it.

My son bought bFastMag Pro and we ran into a problem, so he posted on the support forum. It’s been 5 days and no one has even acknowledged his post. In the meantime, we ran into another problem. Again, he posted on the support forum. Again, he’s gotten no response.
