• Within a few hours of purchasing this plugin, I knew that it was a mistake to pay for the pro version. Many of the plugins caused errors with my already finished website. The form plugin once activated caused WPforms to become garbled on my mobile site. Additionally, if I clicked on the settings for the WPform element in the extension activation box,it would cause a 404 error. Uninstalled and reinstalled-same issue. The extension to support Elementor completely changed my mobile pages to something that was no where near what I needed-despite tweaks. The only fix was a complete uninstall. And a few of the extensions did nothing after activation. I suggest more videos and more documentation on how to use and how to troubleshoot/fix issues instead of charging to fix your website that their plugin broke.
I contacted them for a refund immediately and now they are asking me to elaborate on the issues I had but not processing my refund. Beware they are not honorable in offering support in place of a refund. Like a few others ave said this is a good piece of work but it needs more time developing. This is not a one size tits all type of plugin. YMMV on various websites but not every users site is the same. To be fair I installed the plugin on to sites and had issues on both. Please refund a customer who had issues and asked for a refund within hours of the purchase.

Day 4 of trying to get a refund. They keep asking to elaborate. This is a bad business practice and not the way to treat customers.
