BFA-subscribe widget in Atahualpa

I’m new to WordPress – coming over from Google blogger. On blogger I had a block that showed the followers of the blog. Near as I can tell, the widget that most resembles this feature is BFA-subscribe. Does this show a block of avatars for followers/subscribers? If not, is there another widget I should be using for this?

I also wonder – when I moved things over from blogger to my blog using WordPress, did the followers/subscriptions there also come over? When I make new posts on my blog will the followers who signed up when it was on blogger see them? Or do I need to notify them to re-subscribe at the new blog?
