  • Hi @pacomansilla,

We have not come across this what you have told us and were not able to reproduce this error in-house. Since the WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some conflict on your site, this error is happening.

To resolve the error, please follow below steps :

    1) Delete the WordPress auction plugin, re-install it and then test it again
    2) if the error still persists in step 1 then deactivate all other plugins except auction to see if it fixes the problem. Then You can then reactivate the plugin one by one to find out which causes the problem.

If the issue is not resolved in the above steps then please share the below details.
    1) List of activated plugins on your site.
2)?Could you also share which theme are you using and share its zip if it is paid.
    3) WordPress version and Site Language.

We will test in our test server and let you know.

    Thank You

We are studying in high school and we have a multisite for everyone here, so I cannot disable all the plugins. I will try reinstalling the Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin and I will tell you the results.

The theme we are using is Lightning (https://es.www.ads-software.com/themes/lightning/) and we have the last version of WordPress and Spanish language.

    Thank you so much.

    Hi @pacomansilla ,

Thanks for providing more information. We will be trying to reproduce the problem in-house. Can you also share language translation file too?

Also, we have a free WooCommerce based auction plugin too. We would suggest you to try that. It should work.

    Regards,
    Nitesh

    Hi @pacomansilla,

We have tested the Ultimate WordPress Auction plugin with the Lightning theme on our server. A bid can be placed?successfully. There is no issue with the Lightning theme. Please review the below video.

Your WordPress site has many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some javascript conflict on your site, this error is happening. As we mentioned in the previous email, please check this issue by deactivating the other plugins. It may help you to fix this issue.

If the other plugins can not be deactivated on your site, please share the activate plugin list. We will check it on our server and let you know.

Also, we have a free WooCommerce based auction plugin too. We would suggest you to try that. It should work.

    Thank You

Thank you for your responses. As I cannot disable the other plugins, I took your advice and I installed your free WooCommerce based auction plugin and it works fine.

    Thank you so much
