bid history not showing

Also just noticed that the auctions are not showing in the woocommerce user dashboard…

Nothing under “MY AUCTIONS”.

We have checked the below auction product. The bid history table is empty. Also, we tried to place a bid on the below auction product. But there is no registration form available on your site. So, we could not do that.?

The bid data comes from the “woo_ua_auction_log” table of the database. You said that this table is not available on your site’s database.?

Please follow the below steps to recreate?the “woo_ua_auction_log” table on your database.

-> Deactive the Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce plugin
-> Reinstall and activate the auction plugin
-> It will recreate this table?on your database
-> After doing the above steps, create a test auction product on your site, place a bid and test this issue again.

Thanks for your response, it worked, kinda…

I deactivated, deleted, then reinstalled and activated the plugin, and now I have bid history in the product page, but nothing for
Auctions Setting
My Auctions
My Auctions Watchlist
in the user account area.

I get a “Oops! That page can’t be found.” for them, where previously there was just no history…

I have enabled
Allow customers to create an account during checkout
Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page

in the woo settings.

Am going to try deleting and reinstalling again…

delete/reinstall did not fix the user account issues. reistered a new user within the bid process and tried again, no joy.

which table in the db holds the account auction info?

Go to admin dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks -> click “Save Changes” button. Please review the below attachment.

After that, you can access all the menus on the my-account page.
