    using UA Free Version: 3.7.6
    using latest Chrome

    1) URGENT: When I click PLACE BID button, I get a greyed out screen, the pointer spins and nothing ever happens after that. It freezes until I decide to signout or refresh page.
    notes: a) Only “successful bid message” seems to hang .. I still get error that bid must be greater than “bid increment”
    b) seems like a plugin conflict .. I will let you know which one when I find it.

    2) UGLY: Also when LOGGED IN the “Place Bid” and “Buy it Now” buttons seems to be compressed vertically, they are not compressed when not logged in.

    SOLVED: Plugin Conflict: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-address-encoder/ .. perhaps you could look into it Nitesh??

    See notes and potential FIX for email_address_encoder in this ticket: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-conflict-with-ultimate-auction/

    Hi JPF,

    For 1) I installed https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-address-encoder/ and bidding worked fine when when settings -> auction -> Allow users to bid = “Without login as well”

    In the case of settings -> auction -> Allow users to bid = “Only if they are logged in”, the other plugin (email encoder) throws pop-up “Enter valid email” which not sure why it did but ultimate auction isn’t at fault for it.

    Also, I did not face bidding freeze. Just to let you, I’m running latest WP with latest Ultimate Auction.

    2) For this, I can look if you are comfortable sharing website. Else you can write to nitesh[at]auctionplugin[dot]net.

    Regards,
    Nitesh

    Hi! I’m having this exact same problem (number 1). The page grays out and the cursor is stuck spinning. It’s not a conflict since I disabled all other plugins. Viewing the console a js/jquery-error seems at least somewhat related. How can I go about to debug this? I’m using the latest version of WP and the plugin.

    Thanks ahead!
    /Jesper
