Big Blank Area On Main Page Since Upgrading Theme

  • My skills are very low and i am trying to learm but really struggling.

    I purchased a theme and SUPPORT upgraded the version of my theme and now I have a big blank spot under the slider but above the products. It looks aweful.

    The problem is Support takes so long, i ask for assistance and explain, they ask a question, i can reply immeiately but they dont even look until the next day and then ask something or do something, then its a day again until they ask for something else or suugest. Ive now had an issue with him helping me upgrade the themee and it taking 7 days and i cant afford my site looking bad or being downfor 7 days. IT is BAD BUSINESS ??

    Im going to have to change themes because being down every time a woocommerce or wordpress update comes through is no good, the Theme Designer takes weeks to make the theme compatible.

    Can anyone just glance at www.(dartsforsale).com and by any chance see why the main page has a big blank area? Is it just a silly thing like a widget i missed or it is some sort of theme incompatability again. I just cant keep being down or looking bad ?? It was great before the update.

    So im guessing its something he did when he upgraded the theme last night and not something that i can rectify easily. ?? Damn.

    I appreciate you trying to help but it looks like i keep going back and forth until he gets it right. I definately need to redo the whole theme:(
