[BIG BUG] SEO ultimate totally empty after 4.4

  • Hi,

    Fist I was thinking it was only a problem with “Link Mask Generator” but in fact the whole plug-in got a big problem.

    All the menu are totaly empty ! No information, no text, even in a post theresn’t SEO ultimate menu !
    This happen just after the install of the 4.4 wordpress update.

    I have tried :
    – Uninstall SEO ultimate (you can’t do it with SEO ultimate because the screen is empty, there’s just the SEO ultimate menu at the top).
    – Reinstall SEO utltimate
    – Nothing new always the same Big Bug

    Can you help me ?

    Hi:

    We’ve tested and I can assure you that SEO Ultimate is working fine with WP 4.4.

    The white screen sounds like a memory issue, to fix, you can you add a php.ini file with 256MB of ram to wp-admin, wp-contant and root folder?

    Also, you can always FTP in the the wp-content/plugins/ folder and change a character in the filename for a plugin to disable or just delete from there.

    The plugin settings should be in the database, even if deleted.

    So, I am suggesting you:

    1. Increase memory through php.ini or call your host.
    2. Temporarily deleting SEO Ultimate.
    3. Turning off all plugin, then.
    4. Add SEO Ultimate back and if it works fine, then, add the other plugins back one by one, until you see the issue again (which is indicative of a collision).

    If you still have an issue, let me know.

    Ok I found the problem :

    SEO Ultimate Version 7.6.5.8 is in conflict with Mailjet for WordPress version 4.0.1.

    Can you have a look to know why there’s a conflict ?
